Rebuild Kit Includes -
VERTEX High Performance Piston Kit
AB 44.96mm CD 44.97mm EF 44.98mm (please comment size or standard 44.96mm size will be sent)
- Athena Premium top end Gaskets .6mm and .2mm Base Gasket, O-ring Head gaskets,
2x o-ring exhaust gaskets,
- Athena little end bearing.
KTM choose Vertex pistons as their OEM pistons in all new bikes.
Vertex HIGH PERFORMANCE Pistons are subjected to special surface treatments when appropriate.
This includes tin plating or PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating.
The result is less friction, improved sealing, and faster break in.
Lubrication ports in the Vertex Pistons have extra oil passages in the bottom of the piston.
The result is improved lubrication and cooling for both the piston and the piston pin.
