Vertex recommend replacing the Vertex piston ring at 10-12 hrs which is half the service life of the piston
This will maintain compression and therefore power.
Tight tolerances and piston ring design reduce friction while maintaining durability.
Same ring suits all size Vertex A, B, C or D pistons.
